The for lease or for sale sign confuses me to no end. Its like the bright orange hunting hats with camo bills. "I want to be seen but I want to be invisible... " Obviously I think its funnier when its a levered building owner than a guy with a gun....
Deer don't "see" the bright orange that well, fellow hunters do (hopefully, or not when you are the deer).
